Engage in a comprehensive assessment of your cardiovascular fitness with the Apple Watch and iPhone through the innovative beep test.

The beep test, a 20-meter shuttle run, is rooted in the research of Luc Léger. It commences at a pace of 8.0 km/h, incrementally increasing by 0.5 km/h approximately every minute. This test serves as an effective measure of aerobic capacity and provides insights into your VO2 max.

Upon initiating the test, users receive immediate feedback through audio and haptic notifications on their watch. Beep Test Watch has been meticulously designed to incorporate varying vibration patterns that signify level advancements. Additionally, the application monitors heart rate and active energy expenditure, automatically integrating this data into Apple Health without the need for a separate workout initiation. The app also calculates VO2 max and updates this information within Apple Health's cardio fitness section.

As participants progress through the beep test, they can track both total time and current level, with VO2 max calculations readily displayed.

The application retains a history of your test results, synchronized with your device and iCloud account, allowing for easy comparison of past performances and monitoring of progress over time. Averages for heart rate during each completed test are also accessible on the Apple Watch.

Beep Test Watch currently accommodates a variety of testing protocols, including:
